My name is Luke Gillette, I live in Battle Ground Washington. I build custom homes to suit your specific needs. I started building houses in 1991 and have a lot of  experience in building all sorts of different houses. We are currently building homes in South Western Washington; Clark County, and Cowlitz County.

CAREER HISTORY:
        We, at West Water Homes, LLC have been a custom home builder since 1991.  During these 24 years we have constructed over 370 custom and spec homes along with many duplexes and 4-plexes. We have developed many different land projects in both Clark and Cowlitz counties, yet we specialize in building custom homes on acreage. We also generally do 3 to 4 remodel projects per year.
CREDIT HISTORY:
        We have worked with many different banks through the years and have been able to keep an A+ rating with all of them.  All of our company tax preparation & returns are performed by a local  firm.  We strive to be on good terms with all of our financial relations and feel that this is a very important part of our business.

         We work very hard to keep our customers satisfied and to build them a home that meets their expectations.  In doing this we know we have to stand behind our product and employ subcontractors that will perform up to our standards.  We also take special care to walk our customers through the building process and have experienced office personnel that meet with our customers through the construction period. We have a long list of satisfied customers which we have performed General Contractor duties for, if needed.
COMPANY POLICIES:
        Our company is Licensed, Bonded, and Insured and requires that all of our subcontractors have one million dollars liability coverage if working on our homes.   Our subcontractors are required to perform by our company rules which strongly enforce respect and good workmanship at all times on our jobs.  We work very hard to keep our name clean, our customers satisfied, and the surrounding neighbors to our projects happy.

QUALITY OF HOMES:
        All of the homes we build are constructed using the highest standards.  The materials used in the construction are at or above the code specifications required by the county and have enabled us to be on excellent terms with all building officials in both counties.  Each home that we’ve built has included 30+ year composition roofing, Hardiplank siding on all sides, double wall construction, solid custom cabinets, Sherwin Williams paint and many other quality materials.
 WARRANTY:
        We give our homebuyers a one year builder warranty, yet many of our products come with their own warranty (Roofing, siding, plumbing fixtures, fireplace, appliances).  We also want to say that we have a running relationship with our customers and if we feel a problem is our responsibility we do not hesitate to take care of the problem regardless of the time frame.  This goes along way with our customer satisfaction and reflects on our business as a whole.
